Due to the current circumstances, we are experiencing some delays with deliveries. Please allow some extra time for your order to be delivered to you. As soon as your order is shipped we will inform you via email.

Also, Collect in Store service is currently not available. 

INFORMATION REGARDING BREXIT

Do I need to pay more for my order?

No, we will be covering any duties costs, so your order will arrive without any extra shipping charges. Also shipping costs will remain the same. We will still offer free delivery on all orders over £50.


What delivery methods will be used?

Due to the current circumstances, Collect in Store and Express delivery are not available. Standard delivery method is available and orders will be shipped by GLS/ParcelForce.


How do I return my order/items in my order?

Returns from England, Scotland and Wales:

- If the parcel was delivered to you before 31-12-20 by GLS/ParcelForce, you can use the return label that was included in the box. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. You can find more information here.

- If the parcel was delivered to you before 31-12-20 by UPS, the return label in the box is no longer valid and cannot be used for the return. Please contact our Customer Service team for a new return label.

- If the parcel was delivered to you after 01-01-21 you can use the return label that was included in the box. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. You can find more information here.

Returns from Northern Ireland:

- You can use the return label that was included in the box. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. You can find more information here.


Do I need to pay for a return?

No, returning an item/order remains free of charge when using the return label in the box or provided by our Customer Service team.

For returning an order delivered by UPS, or requesting a new return label, please contact our Customer Service team.


When will I be refunded?

Due to Brexit, we are expecting to experience some delays. Please allow some extra time for the return to reach our warehouse and the refund to be processed. A refund will be triggered upon the arrival of the parcel and the refunded amount will appear on your bank account within 8-10 working days after a refund has been triggered.
