RETURNS
All items purchased in the Tommy Hilfiger online store may be returned to us free of charge within 14 days after receipt.
Return Policy
Excluded from returns are: underwear, swimwear, gift vouchers and perfume and make-up (unless in original sealed wrapping).

You will find a return form and return label with your invoice.
Please note that products that you have bought online can not be returned to any Tommy Hilfiger retail stores and visa versa.

Returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for checking the goods - as is usual in conventional shops for the purpose of trying them on - and must have their original label.
If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.

Refunds
In case you have returned (part) items to us we will make sure to process your refund as soon as possible (if applicable).

In order to get a full refund it is important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them.

Goods may not be damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn and must include the original packaging and labeling. Please enclose the return form attached to your invoice and indicate the return reason.
Refund takes place as soon as we have received and accepted your products. We refund in the same way we received your payment.
For example: If you have paid with a credit card we will refund to your credit card.
In general you should receive a refund within 10 business days.
